Event promotion design based on a famous design of choice. The project is meant to focus on layout, composition, and as well as creating items and types of signage related to the event such as posters, tickets, billboards, and booklets. The designer I chose to base the exhibition on was Wim Crouwel, a designer best known for being a typographer and master of grid systems.

He has designed various signage systems such as phone books, postage stamps, posters, fonts, furniture, and logos for state agencies and cultural institutions. Crouwel embranced the analytical and rational approach in his work and was attracted by the effectiveness of Swiss typography and modern architecture. He began every assignment with a matrix of lines and combine it with typography.
